Concept

We begin by assessing the location, discussing the vision, and setting a budget. The Concept Packet provides clear direction, offering visual inspiration, a cost estimate for the Design Phase, Project Management fees, and a timeline for each phase of the project.

Design

The Design Phase marks the start of the project. During this phase, we develop a layout that accurately reflects the overall design vision. The Design Packet is presented in a contractor-ready format, allowing for precise bids for the construction phase. Once we receive the bids, we select the best Landscape Contractor for the job.

Create

During the Create Phase, the project begins to take shape through construction and installation. This phase includes site preparation, infrastructure development, plant and material procurement, construction, soil enhancement, planting, irrigation system installation, and lighting. Every element is carefully layered in, step by step, to bring the design to life.

Growth

Once installation is complete, garden maintenance begins. The first season and the first year of plant growth are the most delicate as the plants establish themselves. It’s essential for the maintenance team to follow a consistent schedule tailored to the seasonal needs of the plants.

Initially, we’ll follow up with several weekly site visits just after project completion to ensure everything is in place and the maintenance team is on track. Afterward, seasonal follow-ups will be scheduled as needed to address any areas requiring additional attention or support.
